Use the none collection on some distros #91

voxpupuli-acceptance 2.1.0 has added support for the "none" collection which typically implies the distro package is used. This starts using that for Archlinux and Gentoo. It means we no longer know which version of Puppet is used, but that's technically correct. It just mentions the distro Puppet.

Untested, other than with the unit tests

The name isn't quite clear yet (Puppet / - Archlinux rolling) instead of something more descriptive, but it works.
