  1. Sanitize failIfNoSpecifiedTests prefix in failsafe

    Surefire is using `surefire.failIfNoSpecifiedTests`,
    but failsafe used `it.failIfNoSpecifiedTests`.
    Error msg is then pointed to nonexistent property:
    `No tests matching pattern "..." were executed! (Set
    -Dfailsafe.failIfNoSpecifiedTests=false to ignore this error.)`
