I'm unsure how to reproduce #23961, so I can't really tell if that will get broken again by this change or not.
What I did
Removed
@types/reactdependency from@storybook/types. It broke local sandbox linking in the monorepo for some of the React sandboxes, at least thereact-vite-based ones.Checklist for Contributors
