So, I was saying I'm on a break but I lied a bit.
So this is a first step towards supporting
typing_extensions.Unpackthat I need in #12219. I also observed that there are some portions of the code that were guarded for Py38 but since we dropped that last year, I could simplifysignature_from_ast.
