  1. Merge test libs dir into src 

    I couldn't tell where to put this file and that file and it makes no sense to have two locations to always decide one.

All non-testcase files will just go to src.

  2. Make sure test src files are analyzed 

    Removed the requires from bootstrap.php in the previous commit.
