Had to use after_includes to define KeepAwakeBuilder due to parse.expand should use nightly compiler when available like upstream cargo-expand mozilla/cbindgen#919
Should keepawake_create drop the KeepAwakeBuilder?
Document in README.md
Doc comments. Had to copy them manually Add a way to copy doc comments from a different item mozilla/cbindgen#896
