Fixes rubocop#12807. This PR fixes false positives for `Naming/BlockForwarding` when using explicit block forwarding in block method and others.

This PR fixes false positives for
Naming/BlockForwardingwhen using explicit block forwarding in block method and others.Before submitting the PR make sure the following are checked:
