Fixes rubocop#12537. This PR fixes false positives for `Style/RedundantParentheses` when `AllowInMultilineConditions: true` of `Style/ParenthesesAroundCondition`.

This PR fixes false positives for
Style/RedundantParentheseswhenAllowInMultilineConditions: trueofStyle/ParenthesesAroundCondition.Before submitting the PR make sure the following are checked:
