IMPORTANT: this PR is against feature-focus branch not main. Style fixes related to interaction state (focus, hover, current) will be collected in small increments into feature-focus before being merged into main.

This PR attempts to make the Sphinx-togglebuttons in the theme match the design. Toggle icon chevrons should only point up and down not to the right, and the toggle text should say "Click to expand" and "Click to collapse" instead of "Click to show" and "Click to hide":

For admonitions, "Click to collapse" will not show unless an upstream PR to sphinx-togglebutton is accepted: executablebooks/sphinx-togglebutton#59

I ran the extract and update steps for translations. It's hard to see the effects of just this PR because it seems that extract+update hasn't been run in a while. So I opened a separate PR (against main) to Update translation files #1606
. Once it gets merged into main, we can then merge main into feature-focus, and then this PR will show only the translation changes relevant to this PR.

are the test failures resulting from this PR? I glanced and there are at least a couple "files differ" regression failures which are easy to forget to update

@gabalafou and I had a chat about the regressions - long story short we want to get all the interaction/focus PRs into the feature-focus branch. And wrap up with a final PR to fix the regressions before marking that branch PR ready to merge into main.
Mostly to avoid intermediate fixes that might overlap and to ensure we do a final thorough quality assurance pass before the big merge.

that makes sense, thanks for the update. I rely on seeing all CIs green as a signal that I should do a review, so for PRs into feature-focus please explicitly use the "request review" feature when you want me to take a look.

Thank you! I have reviewed the bits related to the togglebutton and confirmed the keyboard behaviour manually.
These look good to me and I can approve the PR - for the translation bits it seems we are waiting on #1606 and will also defer to @12rambau as he is the most familiar with translation/localisation here.
