I realized that, practically-speaking, source maps have been unavailable for consumers since
4.1.0was released, which has been more than 1.5 years. Rather than try to scramble to restore it for "backwards compatibility", I've decided to accept that the use of source maps are not necessary, and can safely be removed.I'll deal with my own pedantic disappointment in myself for violating semver later. This should resolve #79 .
