Clone the repo and get all of the dependencies
$ git clone https://github.com/philihp/welcome2_cli.git
$ mix deps.get
Run all the tests to make sure everything should work. This is optional, but can identify problems.
$ mix test
$ mix run -e Welcome2Cli.start
$ mix phx.server
