Modifying hardcoded values for custom frequencies change

To make sure the custom frequency changes are consistent with the hard coded default values in the workbooks, we are adding "(default)" to all such values.

PR Checklist

• remove fallbackResourceIds and fromTemplateId fields from your template workbook or they will fail PR validation
