Usecase
At the time of creating the PreAuthKey or when I need to change the list of tags at the Node, I would like to know the list of tags declared in the ACL.
P.S. Since the API implies the management of the HeadScale by the administrator, I don't see anything wrong with him having the opportunity to get this list without looking into the acl.yaml or acl.json
