there is some problems on windows (some formatters raise errors), but i've rewrite the setup code, and now you can install the package... i hope ^^ |

My first need was to fix the setup.py in order to use the faker librairy under windows OS (I had the same problem as described in issue #2).
The DataTime.py module was not compatible to the stantard python datetime librairy, so I renammed it Date_Time.py
