A port of the ITU Java project on evolving neural Turing machines to cSharp and SharpNEAT.
Project has been modified to accomodate Link Expression Output HyperNEAT and Multi Spatial Substrate HyperNEAT. Additional experiment configurations have been added for HyperNEAT experiements.
