Description of issue or feature request:

We propose adding Predicate: SPDK model in order to validate the spec contract by asserting each field of the content.

Similar to #464

We @developer-guy can get to it. 馃槏 By implementing this, we can also utilize the domain knowledge we gained here to implement the new vuln scan attestation model, as we are currently discussing the issue here: in-toto/attestation#58
