Set unit of measurement for SmartThings oven setpoint

Proposed change

Set unit of measurement for SmartThings oven setpoint as this apparently is always in Fahrenheit. If the oven/ranger is not in use, it will fallback to 0F, so we set it to None to make sure we don't show -17C
