This commit allows for the additional use of hcloud loadbalancer list instead of hcloud load-balancer list. This is just a small quality of life update, to allow for both options.

Thanks for the contribution! I think this is a good addition, I myself used loadbalancer quite a few times already and ran into errors.. so this will help me as well :)
