When performing an RPC call using grpc.aio, and cancelling - with msg argument - a task containing the RPC call, gRPC swallows the msg argument and re-raises asyncio.CancelledError with no msg argument. This prevents user from using msg argument to log the reason for cancelling.

This PR fixes that, and provides a unit tests that verify the correct behavior.
