Update tinymce-i18n to suppress dependency to js-beautify. This is the only "production" component that has a dependency with semver component that is marked as vulnerable.

Some dev dependencies that depends on semver component will be updated soon, when new semver version will be allowed by dependencies that are using it:

• fix: upgrade make-dir to ^4.0.0 istanbuljs/istanbuljs#726
• Fix vulnerability of regular expression denial of service by upgrading semver to 7.5.3 jestjs/jest#14262
• Fix: Upgrade semver version to 7.5.2 to fix ReDoS vulnerability npm/normalize-package-data#181

Babel dependency will probably keep usage of this vulnerable version, as they consider they are not impacted (see babel/babel#15722).

Anyway, as soon as we current PR will be merged, only "dev" dependencies will be impacted by a potential vulnerability, so this vulnerability will not be present in the release archives.
