Proposal

Typically I only want to check the title of an issue. There doesn't seem to be a current way of only including the title and not the body. For that reason this adds that feature.

Disclaimer: I am not sure how to test this out, so I'm letting my intuition (blindly) guide me on this one. 😅

Implementation

Adds a new include-body option to allow to include/exclude body from regex target.

For backward compatibility I set the new include-body default value to "1".

I have added some example documentation of usage.

Closes #47
