I've added blobs, commitments, and proofs to the transaction JSON marshalling when the sidecar is available. This should almost never be true. The only place that we have blobs together with their sidecars is the blobpool. I checked the pending transaction subscription and for that the blob pool explicitly strips off the sidecar. The reason for adding this is so that the fields are available for sending to clef via |

Right now geth is offering no way for users to generate the necessary sidecar data for their blobs. Since the log-term goal is to move signing outside of geth I'm proposing we add this functionality to
eth_fillTransaction. This allows users to fill in all the data and submit the complete transaction object to their favorite signer. At that point it can be sent to the network through geth viaeth_sendRawTransaction, completing the flow.Note if the blob commitments and proofs are provided, eth_fillTransaction will double-check them for users' peace of mind.
I will re-use #28827 helpers once it is merged in.
