Intermittent failure with installing Element App

Fixes for intermittent failure with installing the element-app:

• It looks like it's because of the fsevents library. v1 is now deprecated and unsupported, but webpack, react-scripts and storybook still use it... See: Attention: Errors like "lazy symbol binding failed" / "nan" fsevents/fsevents#325
• Upgraded all our libraries that use fsevents to have the latest available versions, but we will continue to see failures like this from time to time until webpack, storybook and react-script stop using fsevents v1. Not much we can do about that unfortunately. See open issues to fix it:
  • react script deprecated dependencies  facebook/create-react-app#8914
  • npm install webpack complains a lot about fsevents on linux webpack/webpack#10783 -> Looks like it's fixed in webpack@5 (currently in beta)
