This PR marks import attributes parsed by the new parser plugin (thus with the new AST) with
extra.deprecatedAssertSyntax = truewhen using theassertkeyword, so that tools that care about which keyword is uses (e.g. prettier, or linters maybe) can get that info.Needed for prettier/prettier#14863 (comment).
