The default virtual screen was an uncommon bit-depth (1024x768x16) and was not configurable. For an example of a problem this caused, see napari/docs#283. This PR adds a new configuration option
xvfb-screen-sizeand updates the default to a more sensible 1280x1024x24.This also removes the unused source map, so it closes #6.
