Build(deps): Bump axios and google-spreadsheet (#61)

Bumps [axios](https://github.com/axios/axios) to 1.6.1 and updates
ancestor dependency
[google-spreadsheet](https://github.com/theoephraim/node-google-spreadsheet).
These dependencies need to be updated together.
