Below are the settings to be implemented in this PR.
Logging(Dev team have voted for nay as it will deem disastrous for support)Note:
User interface will NOT have per-game settings as it is unnecessary.
GTK (old GUI) will only have the shared settings.
This PR does not have a guaranteed target date to complete and is provided at best-effort.
