The PR adds support for tls passphrase by reading the 'tls-key-file-pass' configuration from Redis and use it (if exists) when reading the key file.

The PR adds support for tls passphrase by reading the 'tls-key-file-pass' configuration from Redis and use it (if exists) when reading the key file.
Tested locally by tweaking RLTest, redispy, and redispy cluster.
