Velero waits the backupPod/restorePod gets into running status during the Prepare phase for DU/DD, if the the backupPod/restorePod doesn't achieve so in the prepareTimeout (30min by default), Velero will fail the DU/DD and delete the the backupPod/restorePod.

During this wait, we should prob the the backupPod/restorePod and backupPVC/restorePVC, so that we have more info to troubleshoot when the prepare timeout happens.
