The package is now "not found" on PyPI ( https://pypi.python.org/pypi/holidays/0.1 ), pip install command fails as well

Sorry about that. Version 0.1 is back up on PyPI now, as well as new version 0.2.

There are backward incompatible changes in v0.2 so check out the new examples in the README for more info.
