Make json2css generic

Instead of being specific to spritesmith's needs with functions and our sprite mixins. Let's attempt to make this generic:

json2css({
  github: {
    x: '20px'
  }
});

/*
$github-x: 20px;
*/

A good example case for this would be sharing CSS transition values between JS and CSS.
