The unit test case for the ‘--version’ option is not specific to the actual program version.

The test case should be refined to test that the actual current Towncrier version string, is in the test output.

The branch wip/issue/480/test-program-version-in-version-output (in my personal fork repository) contains a series of commits to address this issue.

The branch currently merges cleanly to the 'trunk' branch.
