Implementation of Tokio's ReadDir assumes that ReadDir from std is fused, but that's not the case on Windows. This change wraps the std iterator in std::iter::Fuse to make its usage correct.

The implementation of Tokio's ReadDir assumes that ReadDir from std is fused, but that's not the case on Windows. This change wraps the std iterator in
std::iter::Fuseto make its usage correct.I don't know how to write a reliable test for it, but I have verified that the example from #5473 does not run indefinitely after this change.
