Currently it seems like that there is no way to run Halloy in the background on Windows without minimizing the application. My feature request would be to add an option for this platform to allow Halloy to run as background service, and send notifications when mentioned.
Additionally, an option that allows, so when you close the application it does not actually end the process, but instead closes the window and keeps it running in the background would be much appreciated. I'm thinking of an approach, where an icon to the taskbar could be added, using which you can re-open the application later, after closing the window.
