Blocking Spring Security

• Add tests for SpEL expressions on Kotlin suspending function parameters spring-framework#26867
• Spring AOP is not compatible with Kotlin Coroutines  spring-framework#22462

Security Issues

• With @PreAuthorize, method validation does not work. #10470
• @PreAuthorize in combination with kotlin coroutines and @Transactional does not proceed to invoke TransactionInterceptor #10252

gh-13764 was opened to build on work done in spring-projects/spring-framework#22462 to support Kotlin Coroutines in Spring AOP, and specifically fix failing tests in Spring Security. We should check to see if this work has resolved any of the above issues.
