linkcheck failing after Sphinx 7.1.0 release sphinx-doc/sphinx#11542 (simple fix: do not use this broken Sphinx version)
Do not skip anchors in linkcheck astropy/photutils#1599 (longer fix: turn on anchor check, might catch real broken anchors but takes more memory because have to load the entire page)
- But maybe there is yet another bug, see linkcheck failing after Sphinx 7.1.0 release sphinx-doc/sphinx#11542 (comment)
