This code should be extracted form this loop, for readability.

So the idea is to do N checks, and if any of them fail we confirm with the dummy transaction/s?
If the check fails, but the send transaction workflow succeeds, we don't repeat the failed check again or we don't do the next check but we just respond ok? Seems like we could improve the workflow here, and make sure we do all the appropriate checks.
