Describe the bug
在notes文本中间点击进行编辑时，有时候插字符（光标）会突然跳到结尾处。导致编辑中断

可能正好在此时发生了文本同步。

To Reproduce

打开presenter模式
选择一个有较长notes的slide
在文本中间点击，正常情况下，notes应该转入编辑模式，并且插字符停在点击处。但有概率插字符会停在整个notes的结尾。

OS: ipad/macos
Browser: firefox/safari
Slidev version: 0.42.5
