semantic-release/npm version 9.0.1 is locked into:

"peerDependencies": {
        "semantic-release": ">=19.0.0"
      }

This version has a known vulnerability -> https://github.ibm.com/advisories/GHSA-x2pg-mjhr-2m5x

Proposal:
Upgrade semantic-release to version 19.0.3 or later and create a new release
