Expected Behavior

The sprite contents should appear identical and should not change during the conversion process.

Actual Behavior

The bottom row of pixels is replaced with transparency

Steps to Reproduce

Share this project with the Scratch 1.4 editor or upload it into the Scratch 3 editor using "Load from your computer"
