Ignore advisories *temporarily*?

We've recently got cargo-audit check fail in the CI for which there is nothing we could do... at least at the moment.

It's not critical, so we would like to get the CI to stop complaining about it, so we will add it to .cargo/audit.toml, but I wish we could put a deadline after which it will start failing again, just to make sure it will get eventually addressed (as crates get updated and ecosystem provides alternatives), and not just forgotten about.

We have a wrapper around cargo-audit that does exactly this and works well for us. It's a good strategy.
