Page still has Twitter logo

Current Behavior

At the bottom of the crates.io page there is a X handle (@cratesiostatus) the icon next to the handle is a old Twitter icon.

Expected Behavior

The icon Should be updated to the new X logo. They have an official download available at https://about.twitter.com/en/who-we-are/brand-toolkit

1. Scroll down to the bottom to any pages on crates.io
2. Look at the social media handles
