False negative on Style/InverseMethods

Describe the solution you'd like

I have the code:

def my_method
  stats.dig('foo', 'bar')&.select do |k, _v|
    k !~ MY_REGEX
  end
end

I run rubocop and don't get any offences. However, if I replace &. with ., it'll work.
