Feature request: Make Encoder configurable to allow users customize the transformation of keys and values.

namespacing (key prefix)
different encode/decode algorithm
encode/decode user-defined types, like dict or numpy.ndarray

class MyEncoder(Encoder):
  ...

client = Redis(host=..., encoder=MyEncoder())
