What happened?

After upgrade Quasar CLI to @quasar/cli 2.1.0, when I run quasar upgrade I get NPM registry server returned an error, so we cannot detect latest version error:

I downgraded Quasar CLI to 2.0.1 and now get:

(no errors but no new version upgrade also)

What did you expect to happen?

Quasar upgrade to v2.12.0

it happens every time I try to upgrade using CLI v2.1.0, seems fine with 2.0.1

Found the culprit. Releasing new q/cli in 10 min.
