Feature Request: Allow DAX Syntax Highlighting

It would be really valuable if the existing logic from: https://github.com/sql-bi/SyntaxHighlighterBrushDax/blob/master/shbrushdax.js could be incorporated into pygments to support DAX.

The maintainers can't know every language that exists on Earth, so a lexer request like this is much more likely to progress if you contribute the lexer yourself. See https://pygments.org/docs/lexerdevelopment/

Thanks for the inspiration, @jean-abou-samra. Took the initiative to create #2335. I'm definitely not a Regex expert, and couldn't figure out why some of the flags (e.g. /gmi) weren't working, hence the upper & lower keywords.
Certainly open to feedback!
