You may simply compare the user guide page in 0.14.4 and 0.15.1 (stable) and scroll down.

  • 0.15.1 (stable): navbar does not stick to the top. What makes things worse is that the sidebars does not span full height, still leaving space for where the navbar should have been.

  • 0.14.4: navbar sticks to the top.

already reported in #1627 and #1644, and already fixed by #1630. please do search issues (both open and closed ones) before reporting.
