Task: Add adapted "old" image from Oliver Tan (CRDB engineer) to CI and see what works and what fails. First step: Just replace image in PR or run manually, if works add it permanently as additonal image to run tests on. If there are problems, we can document them in docs.

For the GA release we are testing the latest available version of 22.1 release candidate.
Later we will hopefully soon switch to the GA release from CRDB as well and then start tracking future betas.
