Sphinx 7 support

Hi,

The theme doesn’t install cleanly with the latest version of Sphinx, is that expected?

Getting:

ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed.
 This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts.  
furo 2023.3.27 requires sphinx<7.0,>=5.0, but you have sphinx 7.0.1 which is incompatible.                
Successfully installed sphinx-7.0.1

Ah, thanks for the pointer. I've cut a release bumping to be compatible with Sphinx 7. :)
