Describe the bug
北极星上有个配置加密内容文件，然后Config类中有个创建bean的方法内，加入了这个property类，运行时此类为null

  • Version: polaris-server-release_v1.17.5.linux.amd64
  • OS: Mac m1
  • Version: SpringCloud Tencent 1.12.1-2022.0.4

将配置加密去除后，对象可以正常使用
